Small pets are considered 30 pounds and under at full grown!! Pet deposits start at $150.00 per pet. Deposits are a sliding scale based on your credit and rental references, starting at $100.00 and going up from there. All units are priced unfurnished and without washers and dryers. If there is furniture or washers and dryers in the unit, it will be extra per month! When applying for a rental you must provide a completed application, picture ID, $15.00 processing fee per adult, and proof of income.
